[fast5] Re: My sister update

This may prove a point I read the other day. I had read that when you switch from an insulin based blood chemistry to a growth hormone based chemistry as is the case with Fast-5, people can really start to heal and even build muscle (without exercise) in the first few weeks. Some folks will gain weight because the GH levels increase during fasting and can actually add muscle. So much gets out of whack with the modern Standard American Diet.
