Gosh, what's your secret? I WISH I could only eat 700 calories in two hours! ;)
Don't forget, you don't HAVE to eat for the entire 5 hours. As Dr Herring said in the interview I posted a couple of days ago, some people graze for the whole five hours, some people just use it as a window when they can just eat one big meal.
If you're having trouble getting enough calories, I suggest eating more Omega 3 fats (fish, olive oil, caps) or even adding a slice of cheese to something. One slice of cheese is 100 calories! Also, nuts and nut butters are high in good fats and as such are high in calories. Feta or goat chese, sunflower seeds, and olive oil are great on salads and will add substantial calories along with some good nutritional value.
