Two weeks ago, she was tickled with a 1-lb drop. This past week, she has lost 5 lbs!!
We talked about what she thinks she might be doing differently.
I discovered she still feels she ‘eats too much’. She was flabbergasted that she could eat a WHOLE artichoke!!! Gasp!!!
I assured her eating a whole artichoke was perfectly fine! So I think her portion control (mind set) is out of whack. We just talked about that more…
Things like veggies could be eaten almost to abandon and she would be fine. She was excited to hear that.
She simply loves the Fast5 plan, tho. And the knowledge (freedom) that she doesn’t have to fast EVERYDAY.
