Good morning everyone! I have a question... I really like to eat in the morning- I am a morning person and I hate to feel empty then and I don't like to feel full at night. I have done 5 Fast inconsistently in the past but I think I want to devote myself to it for good now. Do you think I can eat in the morning from like 7 or 8 until noon or 1 and then eat just cucumbers with salt for dinner? For me it is important to sit with my family (I have a hubby and two daughters) for dinner and it is better if I can munch on something good for me. Also, do you think I can change my window on the weekends so I might have some wine? I don't really want to do that in the a.m. Thanks! |
