T, Another thing to look at is parent omega 6 to parent omega 3 oils. I learned about this through Brian Peskin (brianpeskin.com) Taking these oils, omega 6 than 3, has really made a differnce in my hormones and being able to finally stick to Fast5. I just could not kick the cravings and hunger but now they are gone and I am finally succeeding with my Fast 5 approach. He also agrees that you do not have to eat all day and we consume way too many carbs. Tracey |
