I'll have to say this... I started taking some the omega-3 fish oil capsules just as I started Fast-5 and I have had less trouble than ever before sticking to my window. I've tried this before and I couldn't stick to it. I did not realize this could be helping until I just read this post. I'm also exercising 4 days a week which I know is helping as well. For what it's worth.
