I would say just try it and see. The best thing is to find something that works long term and that you are comfortable with.
I am currently experimenting with changing my window which was from from noon to 5 and meant I had lunch and dinner to a window starting at about 8, so I have breakfast and lunch. I envision shifting back to the old plan on those occasions when I am having dinner with friends. I have no idea if this is going to work. Socially lunch and dinner is better but I want to see how my body will react to the other schedule. So far one thing is really surprising: I am not half as hungry for my second meal on my new schedule as I was when eating lunch and dinner. i seem to be sleeping slightly better as well. It has only been a week, so I will just see how it goes. Oh...when I first started this I allowed myself to have a cup of broth at dinner time for a few days to make the changeover...Since I am not trying to lose anymore weight I didn't think it would make that much difference...Can't tell yet if I will be okay without it or if I will keep having the broth.

Good morning everyone! I have a question... I really like to eat in the morning- I am a morning person and I hate to feel empty then and I don't like to feel full at night. I have done 5 Fast inconsistently in the past but I think I want to devote myself to it for good now.Do you think I can eat in the morning from like 7 or 8 until noon or 1 and then eat just cucumbers with salt for dinner? For me it is important to sit with my family (I have a hubby and two daughters) for dinner and it is better if I can munch on something good for me.Also, do you think I can change my window on the weekends so I might have some wine? I don't really want to do that in the a.m.Thanks!
