[fast5] Re: so FULL

yesterday ended up somewhere around 1500, not bad
i think yesterday was a fluke with the appetite thing but if it means that i will start feeling full with less then i welcome that miricle :-)

i will try to add more protein and better fats to my diet to try and SATE my vicious appetite
