Re: [fast5] Re: sleep



for me at least, i'm pretty sure it's the fast-5. when i used to multi-day fast, it was the same thing - couldn't sleep at night. but everything went back to normal once i started eating again.

if i'm going to be fasting as a lifestyle though, i don't want the negative side effect of losing sleep.

So funny you mention this! I have been waking up at 4-5am every morning lately. I was attributing it to the sun coming up earlier. I wonder if F-5 has anything to do with it?
