[fast5] Re: Diabetics - shout out!

I'm not officially diabetic either .. found out about it by checking my BS
with dh's meter... I have a family history and due to my weight and ease
of gaining weight I have always been aware of the possibility...

2hr PP .. after that dinner I had last night my BS was 111... and 13 hrs
after dinner my fbs is 105... I've been awake for 2hrs before I did the bs
I'm definitely still full from dinner .
It seems like no mater what I eat during my window my bs are around the
same ... so maybe I can eat more veggies and fruit too and not worry about
my bs going too high... maybe I should just count calories for a while
and see how that works for me... although I do like the high fat foods...
I'd keep those and add the F&V's too and some WW bread..
I know I wouldn't eat that much just the one meal ...
