Well for me eating a huge amount of fat along with no fruit hwtsoever and minimal not starchy veggies is what finally has gotten my blood sugar to stay in the 90's. This is what has finally worked after almost two years of trying various things both on and off Fast 5.
So far I have been Fast 5 -7 again for almost two weeks and still having the lower BG.
