I've been on Fast-5 since September, adhering strictly to the time window and to a limit of 1400 calories per 24-hour day. I am now beginning to see a difference in the mirror and in the size clothing I wear, not to mention in how I feel. Less backache, easier to get up and walk around, etc. Definitely a great diet plan, and one that I plan to stay on until I reach normal weight.
The medical profession hates this plan, but it works for me. I say, you can't argue with success.

Thank you for the information Carolyn. I've just started fast5 (day 5 now). It's nice not having to stress out about what I can and can't eat during my five hours. However, I am trying to be sure I get all the proper nutrition. I'll check out The CR Way.
