[fast5] Re: 1200 members

Hi Kirsteen. I appreciate your post.

Eating one big meal a day, from apx. 1-2 p.m. has always worked best for my body, long before I found out about Fast 5. Until I found Bert's website, I thought I was the only one who felt this way.

When I eat early in the day, I can sleep way better at night, and I don't go to bed or wake up with a big bloated stomach.

Emotionally, however, the later hour works best for me.

Eating after work is when I'm the most drawn toward food.

Since I'm just coming back to the program, I'll think I'll try and stick to the 5 hour window first, no matter the time, and work on eating earlier after that.

I like the idea that you can change the window. On days that I'm willing to eat early, I will; if not, I won't. Takes the pressure off having to do this perfectly. :)
