RE: [fast5] I blew it

Bummer, Helen.

I know I have fallen in the 'trough' around here, too.

I've been 'good' in that sugar is not an issue (not usually anymore), but
I'll eat 'high' carbs (like popcorn!), which starts this nasty craving cycle
in me!!!

For me, as long as I keep my fat intake high, I'm doing pretty well.

But then, I'm so struggling just to keep my head above water in feeding this
family that I don't make 'goodies' anymore so there are none in the house to
tempt me.

Now...this is our last week of school and I've been busy searching for
no-low-sugar 'treat' recipes to try this Christmas season.

If I have time, I'll be testing a few of them out so my family can still
have some nice treats, just no- or low-sugar ones!

I also have made it a tradition to gift homemade cinnamon rolls to close
friends. Trying to find an alternate recipe!!

Get back up and fly straight today, Helen. You can do it!

Yesterday was a mess for me.. I ate all day.. well , it seemed like I did...
my 2hr PP last evening was 155 :( Wow .. I've never had a BS that high...
that I know of.. but also I've been dieting for the last 2 yrs so how would

Of course my weight is up 3 lbs this morning...
I sure hope I do my FF today... I fully intend on doing it...

To much Holiday cheer and treats around this time of yr and next time
someone brings me something with sugar...
