[fast5] Re: 1200 members

Thank you for your answer...
I'm getting by with ff for right now... I like the freedom too.. a lot

I love to eat a lot , and always have and doing ff I really have cut down
on what I do eat .. it's also a good way of eating for the holidays...and
not overeating... more than I do..
I'm concerned about my BS and am hoping the ff helps with the insulin
resistance .. I don't even lose with low carb , this week I've done as low
as 10carbs a day for 4 day and have seen the scale go down.. now
I'd like to see if stay there when I increase the number of carbs to 20...
only time will tell...
