raw dairy is any dairy product that is not pasteurized. so it is milk straight from the cow. I eat lots of cream, butter, cheese, creme fraiche, yogurt and kefir - all made from unpasteurized milk. look for sources at www.realmilk.com or contact a local WAPF leader

in some states, you can buy it in the grocery store. in others you can buy it directly from a farmer. I am in Wis. and get mine from a farmer. I also mail order some of it from PA.
