[fast5] I blew it

Yesterday was a mess for me.. I ate all day.. well , it seemed like I did...
my 2hr PP last evening was 155 :( Wow .. I've never had a BS that high...
that I know of.. but also I've been dieting for the last 2 yrs so how would
I know it ...
Of course my weight is up 3 lbs this morning...
I sure hope I do my FF today... I fully intend on doing it...

To much Holiday cheer and treats around this time of yr and next time
someone brings me something with sugar... I'm giving it back to them
or throwing it out... I hate to throw anything out but it's poison to me..
And that was after I told her .. we don't eat anything with sugar.... well,
I will if it's here and I'll eat it all and get sick... what's the matter with me...
