Happy New Year FF'ers !!!
It has been a full year since I started my new lifestyle focused on losing weight and getting into better shape. Since then I have lost a total of 125 pounds.
It has not been an easy path but I am sure glad I am where I am. This past holiday season has been a decadent time for me but now I have to get back on track. I still want to lose another minimum 35 pounds. I suspect this will be the hardest part of the journey.
I need to focus now on toning. This might prove to be as difficult a task as losing weight. Any suggestions from anyone is surly welcomed.
I have recently noticed that I really crave sugar. Ice cream, cookies, cake, donuts, etc; I can't seem to get enough and all the Xmas treats last week were awesome.
It's back to fasting now in the New Year.
