Have you ever had Miso soup? I think it is wonderful, and it is supposed
to be very good for you too. But the thing is: it's really easy. Just add
a spoonful of Miso to a cup of hot water, and stir. If you want to get
fancy, add some chopped green onions, or get it really hot and
stir in (slowly) a slightly-whipped raw egg (it will cook and make
something like egg-drop soup).

They sell containers of Miso at our grocery store now, and it lasts
forever in the fridge (probably out of the fridge too: it is aged sometimes
for years, like good cheese).
