I just might have to give it a go, Miss Heather!
Altho I will state that eating low carb, high fat for over 4 months, I was
amazed at how crappy I DIDN'T feel over Christmas week of eating sugary crap
(within my 5-7-hr eating window!)!! And I didn't have nasty cravings when I
tossed it all out on New Years and got back on plan Sunday!
