[fast5] Fast-five with PGX and Intuitive Eating and questions

I am going to be doing the Fast-five with two other things.

1. PGX a special fiber that lowers insulin resistance as much as 50-60% and lowers cravings and appetite. I am hoping to take this 1-2 times during my 5 hour window before I eat with water. it is clinicaly proven to make poeple naturally eat less because it makes you full faster, ect.

2. Inutitive eating. Eat only during my 5 hour window, Eat my first meal. (of course I will be hungry) but only eat enough to "satisfy my hunger" or "get full" which will not be large amounts of food, but smaller portions. Then only eat the 2nd time during my window if I have true hunger.

Ok, for the Questions...

Do most of you losing with Fast-5, eat only until you are full during your meal in the 5 hour window? Or do you eat past full? When I stuff myself, I am not losing as well, and its now working very well when I eat past full.
