Probably less confusing to say that it is Fast 19, based upon a long consecutive period of NON-food consumption (Fasting period).
I find myself most often only eating One meal per day and not using a 5 hour eating Window at all. Do some think that a day's worth of Protein and Fat is too much to eat in one sitting and instead spread their eating into 3 meals spaced 2 1/2 hours apart inside the 5 hour Eating Window?
Based upon postings here, I think more are choosing to eat in the noon to early afternoon period than waiting until 5 PM, which is where we started then migrated to an earlier eating window.
