Welcome, Deerwalker.
I'd be interested to hear what other research you have done to feel like
Intermittent Fasting (IF) is something do-able for you, being Diabetic type
1.
I continue to hear good and bad of IF on diabetes.

Hi I just joined the group. I am starting my fast tonight after dinner
-approx 7pm - I plan my meals at 2-7pm or less, depending on my blood sugar
readings as I am Type 1 diabetic on 2 types of insulin -(its tricky and you
never know when you need a little extra sugar/juice) I think my adjustment
days may be easier (other than hunger pains) as I hate work and eating there
is not comfortable for me. If I get up early enough I will try to get a 30
min workout in tomorrow- Look forward to hearing from others on this program
and successes- Bless!
