| Hi, I am only into this by three weeks but have seen significant changes, and expect more. Appetite and hunger do change. I think I understand the eat to satisfy the hunger or past full thing. We may not be the same, but similar, as I have always tried to eat only until not hungry anymore, and that simply doesn't work for me. I want to be full, be satisfied, and when I err, I tend to err on the over eaten side of the problem. I like to be full after eating, not just Not hungry anymore. Anyways, for me and I believe others as well, without measuring or worrying, this changes. I usually eat a 12 inch subway sandwich, and some soup and cookies and a pop (before fast 5) Night before last I was only able to finish half of my sandwich, couldn't take a single bite of the cookies or the soup and ended up throwing the pop out except for a couple of sips. I just couldn't put any more food in, no kidding. And honestly I didn't even eat the whole half of the sandwich either, threw away a couple inches of the bread :) Now I have never been able to do that by intuitive eating. Oh, later I did have a nice piece of cheesecake. (Within my window) So, I am eating a bit past full, and it is working for me, slowly, but working. I could not be more pleased. Good luck with working this out for you and reaching your goals! Bunny --- On Sat, 2/13/10, afwitmer <afwitmer@yahoo.com> wrote:
