i've been unsuccessfully been trying to do F5 for a little while now. Here I am again at square one
I just finished my 6 hours of feeding (missed 5 by a little). I ate pretty poorly in my 6 hours tody which i know leads to cravings so imagine this evening will be a struggle. We had a number of food related events at work today. so I moved my hours today to fit. Its better for me to get my eating done by 7pm anyway.
hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Did anyone else have a real HARD time getting the ball rolling with this?
