[fast5] Re: H20

Hi, I also have a problem with water intake. I only drink 2 glasses of water and only in hot days. So would also be glad to find out the way to increase it. My other problem that I miss so much sweet staff during a fast, and that's why start my window with that and then cann't stop. Hopefully I will be able to change that, other than that I can stick to this diet for the rest of my life. It works!!!
