Re: [fast5] blood sugar question



that sounds pretty low...the low 80's are said to be optimal in terms of long term health.  A much better predictor of longevity than cholesterol numbers.

How do you feel?

Have you tested more frequently  to see what the nmbers are when you eat normally....before and after meals, what high carb does to you?

i don't really know the answer.  There is likely not a simple answer either.  But would be interested to  hear more.

What blood sugar numbers are ok for the fasting portion of fast5. Mine has been 61 to 67 during my 19-20 hour fast are these numbers ok?
