Subject: [fast5] Eileen - gum
I have to say I am losing the gum battle! I didn't eat enough the day before yesterday, so I grabbed the gum to curb my hunger. I have still only lost 3-4 pounds since I started this. My weight fluctuates a lot. I have lost inches, though. Again, if this is a slower process by chewing the gum, I may have to live with it, because I don't think I can live without the gum right now. I'll keep trying, though.

How're you doing with this, Eileen?
I've been basically gum-free for several weeks (still reach for a piece after eating fish).
but there's no more gum in my house! (I used to buy it by the case at Costco!)
