[fast5] Re: day one

I like the way you put that Daniel, "Intermittent fasting is also like (metabolic) exercise for your body".

I am a runner and I know that sometimes it's just about getting the miles in to get to the finish line. So I will focus on that when i'm struggling to get my fasting hours in....Thank you!!!
