Angela,
welcome. In response to your question - on Fast5's website there's a summary of the plan and it says there that you shouldn't expect weight loss until after about 3 weeks of doing it because the body needs that time to get used to the routine. So, just stick around!
All the best,
b.

Subject: [fast5] Could this be the one???
I have been doing a lot of researching lately (on the internet) about dieting and nutrition i.e., losing weight! I just found the fast5 book yesterday, printed it, read it and I followed it today, delaying my "break-fast" until 4p.m. I am cautiously approaching this diet. It seems good enough to be true for my personality. So I am asking myself...could this be the diet that I can commit to and take me to thindom?
I ate at 4pm, enjoying a big meal but it was really nutritious and balanced.
I know I had a big meal but the way things are doing, I need this diet. I managed to wait till 4 and then I enjoyed the happy meal I had been anticipating all day. It was really great. I just wonder, when will I start losing weight? I know that I can face the fasting period...because I have the lovely meal waiting at the end of the day for me.
