CB, I came to Fast 5 from strict Atkins induction that was no longer working
after 4 months, so it took me about a week and a half to really feel in
control. I now feel in total control. I am combining my Fast 5 with Dr.
Johnsons, Up Day, Down Day diet and even my down days are great! I have
tons of energy now and my running is thriving and I prefer to run on down
days. So far, I've been on vacation and gained 6 pounds and then lost that
plus two more since Saturday. I feel wonderful! 10 more pounds and I will
be at my goal!

i've been unsuccessfully been trying to do F5 for a little while now. Here I
am again at square one
I just finished my 6 hours of feeding (missed 5 by a little). I ate pretty
poorly in my 6 hours tody which i know leads to cravings so imagine this
evening will be a struggle. We had a number of food related events at work
today. so I moved my hours today to fit. Its better for me to get my eating
done by 7pm anyway.
hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Did anyone else have a real HARD time getting the ball rolling with this?

Thanks
CB
