[fast5] Re: Tips for SLOWING DOWN

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this courses idea! In fact, I went out to dinner four days in and had a four course meal from a very nice restaurant. It was by far the easiest/best eating period I've had since starting Fast-5 - I was forced to take my time and eat smaller portions. Applying the same principles to regular meals is a stroke of GENIUS, I tell you!!

Thanks everyone for your ideas! I'm planning on putting a lot of them into action this week.
