First of of it is "early days' for you. It is usual that it if easy for the first couple of days then for some it gets difficult for a few days.
As far as amount of carbs, fat and protein, it is my observation that there is no perfect ratio for everyone all the time. You need to experiment and see what makes you feel good. I need a huge amount of fat and very low carb. Many people do well with lower carbs. But we are are all different. One person on this group said that she tried for the better part of a year to do lower carb as many of us had suggested. to her. It was only when she went for more carbs that she finally felt good.
Experiment, experiment, experiment.

Thanks Karen. I've thought of that, but I don't think I've been overdoing the carbs. I've been tracking it temporarily just for curiosity, and I've been pretty even with 1/3 each carbs, fat, and protein. Perhaps I'm not drinking enough water, or maybe my body is just deciding how to deal with the new WOE.

I'm sure it will get easier, but has anyone else experienced the pretty easy days, and suddenly a few hard ones?
