Some people in the past have reported that their FBS went up a bit
when they started fasting, then dropped as their body got used to it.
That seemed to happen to me too: it was usually 95 when I was eating 3
times a day. Doing intermittent fasting, it went up to 105. But after
a few months, it went down to 87.
