Anyone on the fast 5 do this on a plant based diet, like the one Dr Furhman sudgests?
Fruit,Veggies,Greens, and beans, no meat.
Im starting it right now.
I was fruitarian/raw for 2 years and was on top of the world,felt better than I ever have, and maintained 160 lbs.
I fell of in December 08 and now Im 210 and feel like crap.
So now Im going back but this time the Fast 5 way but plant based only.
I thumbed thru the book "Eat To Live" by dr. Furhman and I really believe were designed to eat plant based not meat.
Animals who eat meat have 3 feet of digestive tract, we have 20.
Meat has no fiber. It just sits there in your digestive tract moving slowly and rotting.Fruit/Veggies move thru quickly with no complications.
Anyway I wont get carried away with meat, this is just my personal belief.
I was just wondering if anyone here is on a plant based diet on the fast 5?
