[fast5] Re: Plant based diet

Paul,
Ultimately I want to return to fruitarian but like the first time it takes time.
Right now I feel I need to fast as much as possible to clean out and regroup.
With the fast 5 I can fast but I get to eat every day.
When I say I fell off I mean last christmas I began dabbing in to the holiday fudge, candy etc etc that mom makes and a little this little that..next thing you know I was back to the SAD diet.
Now for oh 7 months now but Im returning at a medium pace back to plant based and then fruit.
So far this is working well.
Today is day 3 and I had NO HUNGER till about 430.
Then At 5 I broke the fast with cauliflower, romaine lettuce, and beans I made in the crock pot all day.
I am losing weight and feeling so much better.
I made the remark in another post that it is hard on weekends to wait till 5 to eat because at work I am busy all day and dont think about eating much but today (Saturday) wasnt bad at all.
I just cleaned my house and stayed busy and now my window is open!
Rob
