Probably some people will chime in, but for a bigger picture you
should search the archives. By and large, most people have success
with this and sometimes they chime in with "Oh, here I am again, and I
lost nn pounds". It tends to become a lifestyle, then people forget
about it and just do it.
Anyway, I did it to help with gut healing and an out-of-control
appetite, and it's worked nicely. Now it's mostly just a lifestyle. My
family tends to be on it too ... my dh always ate only one meal a day
by habit, and now that I'm not nagging him to eat more, he's gone back
into that habit. Daughter, ditto. They are all very healthy, normal
weight, happy, and athletic. And my job as Mom is a lot easier!
