Hi Fasters!

I seem to be doing OK on my new way of eating that I began back in January of this year. I believe the secret is to be dedicated to it and keep on the straight and narrow. For the most recent information, I just stepped on the scale so I can give a current update (but I'm going to make y'all wait a few paragraphs).

My eating plan is very simple (because I'm not too smart). I only eat one meal per day; the rule is "DON'T OVER DO IT". I might even have something evil for dessert. I attempt to drink litres of water in the off hours. I have a special drink I use that is about 5% real fruit juice (no sugar added) and 95% H2O.

I live the most unhealthiest lifestyle one can imagine…

- No exercise
- No food is forbidden
- Smoker
- Drinker
- Bad attitude
- Sit at computer day and night ( currently working on www.bigfire.ca )

I could not do this lifestyle without decedent food. Pizza, steak, fries, dairy products, spicy food, evil recipes like "Little children's toes boiled in cream and butter", etc. If I was forced to eat only carrot and celery sticks, I'd commit suicide (nothing left to live for).

Want to know what I ate today? … WHAT? … I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!

(I told you I wasn't very smart).

OK..

Today, my wife (who needs an award for tolerating me for these last 18 years) and I drove all day to pick up some Rhodiola Rosea seedlings from the other side of the planet (my wife has a gardening fetish is a grower for AARGO). We were driving for 12 hours today. For lunch, I ate the following..

- An entire order of deep fried calamari (with a sour cream based dipping sauce)
- 1 piece of deluxe pizza (I thought I was in heaven)
- 5 pieces of extra spicy pepperoni pizza (dripping with heart valve plugging grease)

AND…

a few hundred miles later, we stopped and got these huge ice cream cones from a bimbo in a shack at a lake resort (this chick was dumb).

:-)

I don't drink coffee but my wife does buckets per day. Since we were touring (one of my favorite sports, zoom-zoom) I splurged and had a Vanilla crème orgy deluxe from the coffee over-chargers. Oh yeah, a large slush (red licorice and ice tea combo).

Today was not a normal day for me. I usually would not have had any coffee (yuk) nor the slush drink but it is awesome what caffeine does to us non-addicts when we need a high for sightseeing (camera needs to cool down) and it doesn't show up on a breathalyzer.

So there you have it. A slight glimpse into a madman's eating habits.

Wait a sec… I'm forgetting something…

Hmm…

Oh yeah… I stepped on the scale just now (after sitting and driving all day with a beautiful 42 year old grandmother who was told yesterday that in a photo of her taken last week she looks like a teenager) and weighed myself and in 196 days, I have lost a total of seventy pounds.

Maybe the scale is broken. ;-)
