This does not work for me, however.
I do believe it was Paul who shared the other day that you can't binge
during your eating window.
And I confess that is how I was using Fast5. we would make cookies and I'd
eat 2 good meals and then cookies, all during my 5-hr window. I wasn't
miserable/stuffed, but I did not lose weight (I think part of it has to do
with my becoming intolerant to wheat, which, of course, is the main
ingredients of cookies!).
But I am also very close to my target weight; perhaps that has something to
do with my 'unsuccess', too.

My eating plan is very simple (because I'm not too smart). I only eat one
meal per day; the rule is "DON'T OVER DO IT". I might even have something
evil for dessert. I attempt to drink litres of water in the off hours. I
have a special drink I use that is about 5% real fruit juice (no sugar
added) and 95% H2O.
