I have Dr Fuhrman's book. I have used it in conjunction with Fast5 (never
for any great length of time however to tell of its effectiveness).
Just wanted to give you a head's up that there is an Eat 2 Live Yahoo group.
All that being said, I believe God meant us to eat meat.
