Re: [fast5] Appetite suppressing foods

I've been playing with konjac powder, mainly to help me digest starches (it
works very well for that!). But it also makes meals "last" longer, and it
works for at least some pills (when you need to take the pill but it's
during your fasting time). Anyway, it is a nice appetite suppressant,
and I think it might be a useful adjunct to Fast-5, esp. during the
"getting used to it" phase.

Probably all fibers are good for this to some degree, and I agree with
their list of foods too -- salads with vinegar work well for me also.
Konjac is way convenient though, and is considered zero-calorie.
It does actually get digested eventually and feeds the gut cells
butyrate, but it's a slow process and doesn't involve insulin.
