Hi Erica,
Congrats on your 2 lb. loss, that's fantastic. How does it feel to be 9 days into it? I'm right behind you, so just look over your shoulder and I'll be there with support!! :) My hubby and kids eat three meals a day and since the kids are teenagers and up I don't have to make breakfast or lunch... phew! I haven't even told anyone yet that I'm doing this. Kinda flyin' under the radar as long as possible. Sounds like adding some breakfast foods when you break your fast would help, but I'm obviously not the expert here, so I'm sure someone more experienced will chime in. When I do break my fast I do start with something like a fruit or veggie just to take the edge off. It really seems to help so I don't dive into something uncontrollably. I also feel the sigh of RELIEF from not spending so much mental energy on food. We seem to be going through some of the same things! Great to meet you and keep posting cuz it really helps,
Susie
