The possibilities of gluten-free smoothies is endless, Claudia.
This is one I used on a recent cleanse diet:
"One whole grapefruit or two oranges
One box of blueberries
One box of strawberries
Lettuce (optional)" (I'd add 2 large leaves of kale or collard greens or 2
big handfuls of spinach)
I'd also add 1 T of flax seed
This smoothie kept me satisfied for at least 3 hours! I was not using
intermittent fasting at the time.
Now I use this one:
1/2 orange
1 cup strawberries
1/2 c blueberries
1/3 banana
Pineapple juice (one ice cube size, lol)
1 T flax seed
The greens as listed above
6 egg whites
