Yesterday was truly a day from hell. I ended up braking fast one hour early. I know that doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things, and I kept to the 5 hour window, but I should have probably broke fast earlier.
Not only was I hungry, but I really didn’t feel good. I was a little light headed/dizzy and nausea and had a lot of pain in my legs. Today I am ok and don’t anticipate having to eat early.
So in the future, should this happen again, is there a way to eat earlier in the day without having to restart, like eating protein and fat only? Or do you have some other way, like broths? The reason is, once I start eating, I am afraid I won’t be able to stop and go way over the 5 hours.
How do you guys handle not feeling well?
