I only do fast-5 on the weekends. The weekdays are either 1 meal (under an hour) or just skip the whole day. We don't need to eat everyday. I'm also a big fan of lifting weights on the days I don't eat. Eating after exercise is stupid considering it screws up the fat burning effects of fasting and exercise. I see nothing wrong with the 5 hour window and even an 8 hour window (Leangains) though. It's all about what makes you feel good.
