It is not coming off fast and where I want it off yesterday, I have learned patience I can wait.

This particular male guy hasn't noticed a Thing. ;-)
"C'mon in, Guys!", sounds funny to those from an earlier "guys and gals" era.

I too have noticed reduced grocery trips with my more expressly limited menu, instead of Variety of not the best fat-losing foods, simply for variety's sake. I tend to buy a few dozen eggs or extra packages of meat when on sale, than I would have in the past.

I also agree that Fasting is very good for maintaining weight. Just don't get your hopes up for as fast a fat loss as can happen when you eat high fat/low carbohydrates during daily meal, followed by 19-23 consecutive fasting hours.
