Yes.. I am noticing all sort of GOOD EFFECTS, I have more energy, more brain power and less afraid to be honest with others. Yea, look at that last one, I have no idea why I noticed that one, but in the last two days, I have noticed that not only can be honest, it is mostly in the realm of being honest about my mistakes without feeling sheepish or guilty.. Go Figure.
And yes, Baranby, my window is not set in steel. Yesterday was 5:20, day before was 3:45 and so on.. for now, for myself, I really am not ready to start at noon and end a 5 and go through the evening thing. But I have a feeling that down the road, it won’t matter TO ME when I break. So long as I east no more than 5 hours…

I personally am experiementing with the one hour a day window that I discussed in previous posts. This was day one, and it worked perfectly. I feel great, I find that I have a LOT more energy and I get a lot more done when I'm not eating all day. What about everyone else?
