I am fitting into some of my old pants that I could not wear last year. There are still a couple pairs that don't fit yet. I have a couple more inches to go....
I have read that fitting into old pants is the best way to test weight loss, that weight can be misleading, but tight pants tell the real story...

I am down to 160 and have a goal of getting my waist a bit smaller. I am wearing size 34 pants and want to get into size 32 as my next goal. I also would like to see more definition in my body makeup (less fat). I lift weights to maintain the muscle.
