Hi From a Guy,
I don't get "hot like" when I break the fast; however, once i start to eat my heart rate increases and I feel hyper... almost anxious.. I usually have a 3- 8pm window and at 3pm i will usually start with a vegetable drink, fruit and a cereal/granola bar... then (usually) a healthy supper at 6ish (including red wine and dark chocolate). I think that maybe I eat my 3pm snack too fast and cause a "RUSH' feeling to my system. Also, if i eat some junk at 3pm, it is worse. I think it's all about "fine-tuning"...
This life style is awesome. I feel emotionally stable, energetic, and in control for a change and continue to lose 1-2 pounds per week...easily..(way too easy)
cheers all,,
Perry
