Yes, as I've been saying, one hour is sufficient time to eat a day's worth of food for me. And I prefer to eat it in an hour before 2:00 PM, then Fast the remaining 23 hours. Don't concern yourself with a meal which looks like it is too much, as most "normal" people spread that same quantity over 3 widely separated meals. When you eat meals that are not highly insulin producing with the timing you mentioned, I think you will be pleased.
